YOGA GROOVE

It's Yoga, to the beat! Yoga Groove is a fusion of rhythmic movements choreographed into a yoga practice. Find yourself in-sync with the music and encouraged to find your own groove. The variety of dance movements and active yoga poses helps lengthen your body, increasing calorie burn and boosting your mood. Taught by it's creator Deanna Santiago! 

ELLE FIT OUTDOOR WORKOUTS

JOIN US WEDNESDAYS and Saturdays at 7:30 AM and 10 AM for Tabata, HIIT; Intervals, Women Lift Weights you name it this class has it! Each week is different but one thing is for sure, you will work your whole body at your own fitness level. We use a variety of tools to get the body guessing.

HipPOP FITNESS

Ever wanted to learn how to dance like a POP star? This class is a triple threat: Dance, Strength, Yoga all in one! Join The instructor who created this unique format Deanna Santiago Mondays at 6:30 PM for a high intensity workout.

OUTDOOR VIXEN WORKOUT

The Vixen Workout is a dance fitness format that merges dance, fashion, music, and Fitness! This class creates an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection and a sense of community while burning anywhere between 400 to over 1000 calories!

OUTDOOR WOMEN LIFT WEIGHTS

Do you enjoy working out with others but need more individualized attention? Our OUTDOOR Women Lift Weights training class is limited to 6 participants and allows you to workout in a fun, safe, and yet challenging environment . You will learn various strength and flexibility exercises under the direction of a certified personal trainer.

Having trouble staying committed to your exercise program? Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase performance or just be in better shape; a personal trainer will design a training program that meets your specific needs to keep you motivated  and make sure you are using proper form, positioning and breathing techniques which maximize results and minimized injury. Available by appointment only.
