ZUMBA

What is Zumba? Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with our instructor Jill Staats, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. It's fun, it's effective and best of all; It's for everyone! 

STRONG by ZUMBA

Are you ready to sweat? Stop counting reps with STRONG By Zumba! This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometrics! Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you burn calories and challenge you to the max!

HipPOP FITNESS

Ever wanted to learn how to dance like a POP star? This class is a triple threat: Dance, Strength, Yoga all in one! Join Deanna Santiago Mondays at 6:30 PM for a high intensity workout.

THE VIXEN WORKOUT

The Vixen Workout is a dance fitness format that merges dance, fashion, music, and Fitness! This class creates an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection and a sense of community while burning anywhere between 400 to over 1000 calories!

THE BOSS CHICK DANCE WORKOUT

 A super fun intense high energy afrobeats fusion twerkout that will have you popping, locking, and dropping your way to a bangin' healthy body. The class features dance cardio set to the hottest beats of hip-hop, dancehall, and afrobeats !

ELLEFIT BODY TRANSFORMATION

Tabata, HIIT; Intervals, you name it this class has it! Each week is different but one thing is for sure, you will work your whole body at your own fitness level. We use a variety of tools to get the body guessing.

GROUP CYCLING

These classes focus on strengthening the legs while increasing cardiovascular performance. You will race, climb, and sprint downhill all while building power, endurance and muscle! Then finish the class with some core training and stretch.

SMALL GROUP WOMEN LIFT WEIGHTS

Do you enjoy working out with others but need more individualized attention? Our small group Women Lift Weights training class is limited to 6 participants and allows you to workout in a fun, safe, and yet challenging environment . You will learn various strength and flexibility exercises under the direction of a certified personal trainer.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Having trouble staying committed to your exercise program? Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase performance or just be in better shape; a personal trainer will design a training program that meets your specific needs to keep you motivated  and make sure you are using proper form, positioning and breathing techniques which maximize results and minimized injury. Available by appointment only.
