305 is not a dance class it's a DANCE  PARTY! This dance cardio workout that is Fun, Wild, and hard AF! Our instructor will guide you through every move so class is always easy to follow.

SATURDAYS AT 7:30 AM & 

Do you enjoy working out with others but need more individualized attention? This small group class is limited to 6 participants and focuses on proper techniques for cardio, strength training and flexibility. You will feel energized and ready to take  on your weekend!
